The real difference
The point is not what cosy-vip can do. The point is what you never have to do again — and how quickly something is simply up there. Putting a notice on a screen has never been this little work.
/No phone call, no appointment, no waiting
A new notice used to mean finding someone with time. Now you do it yourself between two customers — and it is up before the coffee has finished brewing.
/Nothing to install, nothing to learn
No app on the phone, no account with a vendor, no training. You open the browser you have open anyway.
/You do not need to be a designer
Pick a template, type the text. Type size follows the reading distance, the colours work, the format adapts to the screen — without you having to know why.
/And you stop having to remember
What should expire on Saturday expires on Saturday. The screen switches off in the evening and on in the morning. Nobody has to go back at night.
Every screen
The device has an HDMI output. Anything with an HDMI input is a screen: the TV already hanging in the shop, a monitor in the window, a projector in the hall, a portrait display in a column, an LED wall through its controller.
You do not need to buy anything to begin — and if you change the screen later, the content moves with it, because the editor knows every aspect ratio.

Putting a photo on a screen is something foreign cloud services can do too. What no one else offers is the combination:

You only ever see the first two. The rest is here because municipalities, churches and companies ask exactly this: where does the data sit, what happens when the network fails, who is allowed to do what.

Capture or design
The phone camera straight from the browser, or pick a template and type. HEIC from an iPhone is converted automatically.

Publish
One button. Optional: which screens, from when, until when, what priority. Otherwise: all, now, normal.

Central
cosy-connect stores the notice, raises the programme version and tells the device over the existing connection: there is something new.

The device fetches
The cosy-hub downloads the files, verifies them and only switches once everything is complete. After that it no longer needs the central system.

Screen
Chromium full screen on the device. Interval, transition, operating hours, rotation — all controlled by the device.

Two steps
Pick a file (phone camera directly) → «Publish». Without a screen selection all screens apply, without a period «from now».
Every screen
The device connects over HDMI. Any resolution, no upper or lower limit, rotation 0/90/180/270. 3440×1440 works.
Every format
The editor sorts into five classes — wide, landscape, square, portrait, very tall — and sets margins, text position and size itself.
Works offline too
The player fetches its programme locally from the device every 5 seconds; the files are stored there and verified with SHA-256.
Saves power
Operating hours per screen in the local time of the site; outside them the screen switches off over DDC/CI.
Photo, PDF or video
PDFs are split into pages on the server, selectable page by page. Video plays at its true length.
Designed with
Eight templates, colour schemes from your corporate design, a focal point when cropping, AI backgrounds. The draft is kept.
From phone, tablet, PC
Browser, mobile first, breakpoint at 900 px. A «notices only» role for staff, two-factor authentication for login.
